These tasty deep fried meat balls simmered in rich chilli garlic sauce and ketchup are very easy to try and delicious in taste. This recipe is contributed by my cousin Farhat Khatri.

Recipe: Meatballs with sauce and noodles


  • Noodles 1 packet (boiled)
  • Chicken mince 500 grams
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli crushed ½ tsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • For sauce
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves chopped
  • Chilli garlic sauce ½ cup
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt a pinch


  1. Marinate minced chicken with black pepper, oregano, ginger paste, red chilli crushed and soya sauce.
  2. Add an egg before frying.
  3. Make ball shapes and deep fry. Leave the fried meat balls aside.
  4. Gather ingredients for the sauce. In a bowl mix together chilli garlic sauce, ketchup, soya sauce, sugar and salt. Add water if you find it thick.
  5. Now sauté chopped garlic in a pan using 2 tbsp of oil.
  6. Add the prepared sauce to the garlic. Cook for 15 minutes, then add the meat balls let them simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Boil noodles as per packet instruction and serve as shown.
