On my blog Lets Share Knowledge, I share my personally tried recipes. There are a few which are contributed by my team members. My objective is to keep a pictorial demonstration of these recipes so that when I try them in future things would be easy to follow, secondly when someone new to cooking, comes onto my blog and goes through the recipes they would want to try as well.
