Tahira Mateen's Recipe (Kam Kharch Bala Nasheen)
Cooking chocolate 1 cup melt in microwave for 40 seconds
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder ¼ cup sieve all these dry ingredients 2 to 3 times.
Eggs 4 beaten
Castor Sugar 2 cups
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Walnuts as required
Cream 1 cup or 200 ml
Cooking Chocolate 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Once the chocolate melts add it to butter and mix both on double boiler till a smooth syrup like consistency is fomed and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
Now put eggs and keep on mixing with hands, next put in castor sugar,(Seive together cocoa powder, maida and baking powder 2 to 3 times.) add maida, cocoa pwd, baking powder, then vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, Sprinkle some flour on nuts and add to batter this will prevent nut from drowning at the bottom and allow them to settle evenly within the brownie batter formed. Now once properly mixed pour it in already greased and buttered paper baking tray. Bake at 170 degrees for 30 to 35 mins.
